Happy 30th Birthday Eric!!

Monday, April 2nd was Eric's birthday! The "big" 3-0! We didn't do anything wild and crazy, but Eric did have his friend, Adam, in town for the weekend leading up to his birthday. They got to hang out, go snowboarding and be "bachelors" for a couple days since I was in the mountains and Adam was away from his wife and boys. They had a great time, and on Sunday evening Eric cooked an amazing dinner. That is his tradition for his birthday since Adam, his brother who passed on his (Eric's) birthday, always cooked big crazy out of the park dinners.

For his birthday gifts, Eric received new Reef flip flops from Adam, a new cast iron grill pan & sandwich press from me, and with money and gift cards he will be purchasing new fishing waders/boots.  He made out pretty well!
